In this role you will: Solid experience working as Scrum Master on complex, large projects with multiple teams or stakeholders;In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, ceremonies, roles and values, with the ability to guide the team and organization in adopting agile;Previous experience with projects in the traditional model (Waterfall), with good ability to transition between agile and predictive approaches as needed;Experience in using agile management tools, with emphasis on Jira;Ability to analyze and monitor relevant agile metrics (speed, lead time, cycle time, burndown, throughput, etc.) to support decision making and drive continuous improvement;Ability to facilitate workshops, dynamics, conflict resolution and promote continuous improvement;Advanced English, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders.Differentiators:PSM I or II certificationSAFe CertificationPMI CertificationPrevious experience in global projects, working with distributed and multicultural teamsExperience in other agile practices besides Scrum, such as Kanban, Lean or DevOps practices.
