Project Manager
As an SAP Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of SAP migration projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Your primary responsibilities will include managing ECC and S/4HANA migrations and working closely with a variety of DataManagement Software

Responsabilidades

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure adherence to project plans and make necessary adjustments as required.
  • Team Management: Assemble and manage project teams, including internal resources consultants. Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage expectations and address concerns promptly.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to minimize impact on project objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and control project quality, ensuring deliverables meet the required standards and business requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned from each project.

Requisitos

  • Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) as SAP Project Manager.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP modules, and migration strategies. Familiarity with SAP tools and methodologies. Experience in RISE
  • Brazilian taxes localization
  • Skills: Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Budget Control
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with SAP products and technologies.
  • Multinational project experience or exposure to global SAP implementations.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Good background in SAP modules
