We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and accountability.
Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations.
Foster effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Drive process improvement and promote project management best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing projects, preferably within Australia.
Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Must be authorized to work in Australia.
