About the Position

We are looking for a passionate professional to lead our Mature User Engagement efforts,growing in frequency, loyalty, and value. This role focuses on designing and executing strategies that maximize engagement, deepen relationships with our users, and turn them into long-term advocates of our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies to increase order frequency and GMV contribution among mature users, and develop segmentation models to identify high-potential users within the mature base and tailor engagement strategies accordingly.
  • Implement initiatives such as tiered benefits, habit-building communications, and personalized incentives to drive higher repeat rates.
  • Continuously monitor user behavior, analyze cohort performance, and optimize campaigns to improve retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Establish key metrics and dashboards to track the health and growth of the mature user base, reporting on performance and ROI.
  • Partner with product, design, content, and marketing teams to deliver engaging experiences that keep mature users active and satisfied.
  • Leverage A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate strategies and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on mature user strategies that contribute directly to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, economics, engineering, data science, or related fields.
  • Robust experience in user operations, CRM, lifecycle management, or growth within digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other analytics tools to extract insights and validate hypotheses.
  • Strong knowledge of user segmentation, loyalty programs, engagement funnels, and behavioral retention strategies.
  • Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, O2O, or similar industries preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a hands-on execution mindset.
