Responsibilities:Collect and master local power project information, conduct market research and analysis, and establish project information registers.Be responsible for developing overseas markets for the full-industry-chain products, services, and integrated solutions within the designated region.Execute and complete the collection of accounts receivable in the assigned area, identify opportunities for early payment, and ensure the healthy operation of the company's cash flow.Manage agent/distributor activities in accordance with the agency agreements.Establish daily management and business operation records, ensuring solid foundational management practices.Qualifications:Willingness to undertake frequent business trips to target markets, aligned with the company's overseas business strategy.Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in International Trade, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.Fluent in English (spoken and written), with proficiency in the local language of the target market.Minimum of 3 years of overseas business development or sales experience in the power equipment or related industry, with a proven successful track record being highly preferred.Keen market insight, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of overseas market trends, competitors, and customer needs.Familiar with the power equipment industry, including product features, technical parameters, and application scenarios; able to quickly introduce and recommend suitable product solutions to customers.Ability to formulate and execute effective sales strategies based on market conditions, including pricing strategies, channel expansion, and promotional activities.Strong business negotiation skills, capable of effectively handling customer objections and reaching cooperative agreements.Proficient in international trade terms, contract drafting, and review processes to ensure compliance and risk control during contract execution.
