POSITION SUMMARY


The operations manager oversees and coordinates various activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations and process excellence within the organization. Supervise the coordination of the end-to-end production process , from estimation to billing including but not limited to large scale production clients. Responsible for independently driving workflow and process standardization, quality and control, performance monitoring and issue resolution. Leads key initiatives around process, documentation, change management, with consistent process implementation and governance, supporting strategic goals. Manages the governance program for process and output for all internal COE. Agency experience a plus. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelors and/or post-graduate degree in communications, advertising, media studies, production or a related field (a combination of education and experience can be substituted)
  • 5+ years of production experience in content marketing, digital marketing or film and television
  • Proven experience managing and developing process for small to larger engagements
  • Strong understanding of process and data, with proven experience using key metrics to improve client and business performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter with strong collaboration skills
  • Experience in customer engagement and relationship development with senior level client stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communications skills, including managing sensitive customer conversations
  • Strong proficiency in microsoft office – excel, word, outlook, powerpoint


JOB DUTIES

  • *Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way in line with the overarching business directive using global production hubs and nearshore solutions.
  • *Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows and job routes.
  • *Establish quality controls and monitor production KPIs to create consistent metrics throughout the organization
  • Key client contact for escalation to resolution associated with quality, performance, and tag’s technology services to our clients
  • Lead development and execution of training programs to bolster the skills and capabilities and retention of team members
  • Monitor and maintain all reporting regenerated for the benefit of the client and the organization, fielding requests for improvement from internal and external stakeholders
  • Create process governance and checkpoints to implement new process while managing initiatives to improve existing processes.
  • Partner with production, account management and technology to drive regular client improvement
  • *Offer support on complex or large customer programs to ensure high quality execution and delivery of assets


The salary range for this position is roughly BRL 401 641.25. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
