Your next challenge- what you will be doing:


As an Inside Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy of Bank distribution channel, defining goals, objectives and policies according to the needs of the bank's different segments and leading the commercial team that will work on managing the channel. You will also manage the results of the Santander channel, measuring sales performance, ensuring channel training, monitoring the sales process and ensuring that processes are aligned according to the established governance model.


Main responsabilities include:

  • Lead the team of consultants who will support the Santander channel in the respective segments
  • Pipeline management with partner Santander and identifying new sales opportunities and process improvements.
  • Manage and ensure the efficiency and agility of the negotiation and approval processes of proposals in the system (authority policy).
  • Ensure the training of Santander's distribution channel through periodic training and sales support materials, working together with the marketing area to make product promotion materials available.
  • Manage the results of the Santander channel for customers, measuring sales performance, prospecting status, revenue volume, revenue and contribution margin.
  • Monitor the Santander channel sales pipeline.
  • Work together with the operations and customer care area, ensuring that sales made through the Santander channel are implemented according to plan and that services are provided in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Support Pluxee's commercial area in the relationship with customers from the Santander channel, acting as a focal point with the Santander channel in cases of contract renewal or prospecting for new customers demanding financial services.


What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years in the commercial area and B2B market.
  • Experience leading sales teams; sales performance and channel management
  • Complete higher education and postgraduate degree at specialization level.
  • Intermediate English
