Descrição da função

Esta é uma função presencial em tempo integral para um Gerente Regional de Vendas Pro AV - BRASIL. O Gerente Regional de Vendas será responsável por desenvolver e executar estratégias de vendas, gerenciar contas-chave, promover relacionamentos com clientes e atingir metas de vendas. A função envolverá a identificação de oportunidades de negócios, realização de pesquisas de mercado, negociação de contratos e fornecimento de suporte de vendas. O Gerente Regional de Vendas colaborará com equipes multifuncionais e se reportará ao Diretor de Vendas.


Qualificações

• Habilidades de vendas e desenvolvimento de negócios

• Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência no gerenciamento de contas-chave e na promoção de relacionamentos de clientes com parceiros de canal

• Histórico comprovado de cumprimento de metas de vendas

• Fortes habilidades de negociação e gerenciamento de contratos

•Comunicação e habilidades interpessoais excelentes

• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e como parte de uma equipe

• Disposição para viajar com frequência

• Fluência em Inglês e Português

• Experiência em AV Profissional - Sistemas de Segurança ou Gerenciamento Predial é uma vantagem

• Bacharelado em Administração de Empresas, Marketing ou áreas afins

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager pro AV - BRASIL. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, fostering customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing sales support. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Sales Director.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Minimum 5 years in Experience in managing key accounts and fostering customer relationships with channel partners
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Experience in the Professional AV - Security or Building Management Systems is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
