Provides classroom support for EARJ’s students in all areas of learning, answering questions and supervising students as they work independently or/in groups, assisting with a high quality education for academic and personal development of students.EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished Temporary Lower School Teaching Assistant to join our Barra campus team.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (in Pedagogy is preferred).; 3-5 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant - preferred if in an international school context; a skillful practitioner in multilingual classrooms; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction.Provides classroom support for EARJ’s students in all areas of learning, answering questions and supervising students as they work independently or/in groups, assisting with a high quality education for academic and personal development of students.If you feel that you are culturally open-minded and have an optimistic growth mindset, then EARJ is the place where you can make a difference.Contributes to a community that is inclusive, culturally sensitive and equitable, and in which everyone experiences a strong sense of belonging.
