At Cornerstone Talent Solutions, we seek a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's receivables, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. This role is essential in maintaining strong financial operations and providing excellent customer service to clients.

⚡What you'll do:

  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Payment Processing: Record incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable balances with general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statements.
  • Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts via email, phone calls, or written correspondence to ensure timely payment.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic AR reports, including aging reports, and provide updates on outstanding balances.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.


You are:

  • Located in Brazil
  • Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
  • 1 - 2 Years of experience working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a US Company
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
