Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for opening up channels and partnerships for business in Brazil
- Develop the academia channel (Basic Education Schools, Vocational School, Colleges and Universities)
- Develop the Government channel
- Develop the Employer Channel in the areas of healthcare, retail, banking, hospitality, beauty, wellness, etc.
- Strategize to Expand the Business in Brazil – both segment wise and channel wise
- Responsible for identifying and implementing new business models.
- Determining platforms and channels suitable for the company’s business goals
- Signup with Edtech skilling platforms /employer platforms
- Representing Wadhwani Foundation with stakeholders (partner connect, employer connect, NGO connect and government connect)
- Creating employers network and Government channels across the country
Skills & Experience:
- 4+years of experience working in the Business Development, Account Management and operations
- Updated with the latest technologies, methodologies, and research within edTech and training domain
- Strong program and operations management
- Strong background in creating systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills and high EQ
- Complex problem solving and skills.
- Strategic/Innovative Thinker
- Open to travel across Brazil and work closely on the ground with different teams
- Attention to details.
- Drive team to meet objectives.
- Understanding of skilling ecosystem
- Experience to nurture and grow an account
