Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our hiring partner's team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating new clients and setting them up across various platforms, with a focus on email marketing systems. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of an innovative and dynamic startup environment.


Responsibilities

- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration

- Set up and configure client accounts across multiple platforms, with a focus on email marketing tools

- Create and manage audiences in email marketing systems

- Develop and implement email flows and campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo

- Work with email templates and customize them according to client needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the onboarding process

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and client onboarding


Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or a related field

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo or similar systems

- Experience creating and managing email flows and campaigns

- Familiarity with email template creation and customization

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Fluency in English


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating audiences in Facebook Ads or Google Ads

- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM)

- Basic understanding of JavaScript or completion of related college courses

- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools and CRM systems
