Xsolla is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for hiring top talent in the CIS region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- At least one year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
