Missão do Cargo

Realizar a captação novos leads, gerando lista de prospects qualificados através das ferramentas disponíveis, buscando se aproximar dos tomadores de decisão para gerar oportunidade para equipe comercial, gerando assim novas demandas de negócios.


Atividades e Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar a captação novos leads, gerando lista de prospects de acordo com os requisitos definidos pela área comercial (ticket médio ideal, segmentos, persona ideal), qualificando base de novos contatos.
  • Utilizar as ferramentas disponíveis (ligações, e-mail, WhatsApp, redes sociais) com o objetivo de criar necessidades de impulsionar negócios.
  • Gerar oportunidades de aproximação dos tomadores de decisão para agendamento de demonstração pela equipe comercial.
  • Utilizar as redes sociais como ferramenta de networking para gerar novos leads e negócios
  • Realizar agendamento de reuniões com leads qualificados.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com os Executivo de Vendas.
  • Trabalhar em conformidade com os valores e normas da H&CO.


Formação acadêmica:

Formação superior em andamento ou completa, podendo ser em Administração ou Marketing.


Experiência profissional:

1 a 3 anos de experiência como Inside Sales, SDR ou com a prospecção B2B.


Requisitos técnicos:

  • Conhecer SAP B1
  • Desejável domínio do Pacote Office e Hub Spot
  • Escrever bem, falar bem - usar linguagem de redes sociais
