Sobre o projeto:
Temos uma excelente oportunidade para um gerente de projeto experiente apoiar a internalização das operações de folha de pagamento dos EUA em nossa organização de serviços de colegas. As responsabilidades incluirão, mas não estão limitadas a:
- Planejamento geral, gerenciamento e conclusão de projetos de apoio a Recursos Humanos e Folha de Pagamento. Você fará parceria com membros da equipe do projeto e fornecedores para desenvolver o escopo do projeto e usar suas habilidades de gerenciamento de projetos para gerenciar funções do projeto, identificar requisitos de recursos, atender às necessidades de treinamento, definir entregas do projeto e executar. Você garantirá que comunicações e relacionamentos eficazes entre clientes e membros da equipe do projeto sejam mantidos em todos os momentos.
- O candidato ideal tem um histórico de sucesso em gerenciamento de projetos, entrega de tecnologia e operações. Liderar iniciativas e projetos de melhoria de processos para melhorar a produtividade, qualidade e/ou atendimento ao cliente.
O que você precisa ter:
- STRONG Project Manager experience
- Familiar with US Payroll / Brazil
- Have worked on project with ADP EV5, ideally EV6
- Have worked on project implementing/insourcing US Payroll from an outsourced provider
- English
