We are with new project to manufacture water meters and looking for talents for our team.

Responsibilities

Short term (first 3 months)

Participate to workshops with customer and Sagemcom senior project manager, experts and architects

Manage day2day communication with customer for topics related to project tools, documentation plan, project milestones, testing strategy, and relay questions to Sagemcom senior project manager

Medium term (next 9 months)

Manage the project dashboard (reporting, risks management, schedule) for the End2End solution

Participate to the workshop and specification phase together with the solution architects in order to define coherent project milestones with a well-defined scope, and make sure all open items related to specifications are properly handled

Make sure schedules and commitments made to the customer are satisfied during the BUILD and RUN phases of the project

Manage the implementation and deployment on the field of the Smart-Metering End2End solution:

- Organize and lead meetings with local and offshore R&D teams for follow up of all R&D activities (system, IT, development)

- Define and follow the overall project action plan

- Monitor customer acceptance tests with the support of system integration and IT teams

- Organize bugs review

- Monitor the KPI's together with the L2 support team

- Ensure smooth communication between L2/L3 support teams and customer

Participate to all project meetings organized by the customer

Report to customer

Report to Sagemcom Top Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management (costs / quality / delay, schedule, risks management)
  • Challenges and constraint of complex distributed systems
  • Communication protocols (TCP/IP stack, …)
  • Challenges and constraints related to radio and cellular networks
  • Challenges and constraints related to software server platforms (information systems, IT, cybersecurity, Cloud deployment)
  • Collaboration with offshore R&D teams
  • Facilitation skills and open-mindedness
  • Strong client orientation
  • Reporting
