Você será responsável por:

  • Trabalhar no formato colaborativo junto ao cliente no acompanhamento da entrada do pedido até a entrega (Acompanhamento dos projetos CPFR dos principais KA’s);
  • Responsável pela gestão dos indicadores de nível de serviço (Ruptura / Fill Rate / OTIF / OSA / Sellin / Sellout);
  • Acompanhamento e sugestão de abastecimento dos clientes com base no abastecimento perfeito (DOH);
  • Responsável em garantir a presença do produto na gôndola com estoque ideal, minimizando rupturas (OSA) e estoque virtual em lojas;
  • Atuar no controle de multas dos clientes tanto na gestão das notificações quanto na validação de bases junto ao cliente;
  • Forte interface e relacionamento com a equipe comercial, com reuniões periódicas, elaboração de atividades e relatórios compartilhados;
  • Planejamento e avaliação do formato de pedidos dos Clientes buscando otimização do fluxo de abastecimento (pedido perfeito);
  • Desenvolvimento de projetos benéficos para ambas as empresas;
  • Será ponto focal de grandes contas regionais.


O que a Vigor espera:

  • Superior Completo em Administração, logística ou Engenharia de Produção;
  • Experiência prévia na área de Customer Service, Logística ou Planejamento de Demanda, preferencialmente em empresas de bens de consumo;
  • Pacote Office – word, excel, PowerPoint (nível intermediário);
  • Conhecimento nas rotinas do SAP. (diferencial).

Local de Atuação: Barra Funda, modalidade de contratação 100% presencial.
