Symplicity Brazil is seeking an IT Help Desk Intern to join our team and support the development of our end-to-end solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our American team and participate in our English development program, led by a full-time instructor.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues and answering questions.
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
  • Manage and prioritize help desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Support the IT team with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with the Sympers to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Assist in the release and management of licenses for Okta, Microsoft 365, and other services.
  • Prepare and configure equipment for new hires, including setup and delivery of computers, as well as manage equipment exchanges and returns.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced in English is required; advanced proficiency is essential for global team interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of IT principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Calm demeanor with the ability to effectively manage interactions with internal clients.
