Job Description:

1. Operationalizing dashboards in Tableau;

2. Creating reports with performance data;

3. Ensure knowledge management and easy access to documentation and training files used in the operation and performance indicators;

4. Creating new data sources with tools to enable them to be used for new analyses;

5. Technical development of data extraction, storage and visualization mechanisms.


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computing;

2. Fluency in English&Chinese is desirable;

3. Experience in developing predictive algorithms and programming languages such as Python and SQL;

4. Availability to work in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.


岗位职责：

1. 使用绩效数据创建报告，在Tableau中搭建仪表板；负责数据提取、存储和可视化机制的技术开发；

2. 确保知识管理并轻松访问绩效指标中使用的文档和培训文件；使用工具创建新的数据源，使其能够用于新的分析；

3. 提供每周和每月的业务回顾数据，包括业务流程优化指标、劳动力绩效指标、产能规划建议等；

4. 负责持续指标、报告、分析、仪表板等的设计、开发和维护；

5. 在时间限制内工作以满足关键业务需求。


任职要求：

1.本科及以上工程、物理、数学、统计学或计算机专业；

2.5年或以上物流或供应链行业的数据分析工作经验；

3. 中文&英语流利者优先；

4. 有Python、SQL等预测算法和编程语言开发经验。
