Job Type: PJ (Independent Contractor)


Mandatory Requirement:

  1. Fluency in English (Advance).
  2. Experience supporting US Market
  3. Sales / Business development experience in Staffing/Recruiting or Outsourcing field.
  4. Exposure to Sales Navigator or HubSpot or related tools.


Experience Level: Junior to Mid-Level

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Sales/Business Development Representative to support our US staffing and outsourcing business. Your role will focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and driving new business in the US market.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Use HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and support ongoing account management.
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or outsourcing.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
