What is the role of a Web Designer at Hite Creative? 


Main responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
  • Testing and improving the design of the website.
  • Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
  • Is in charge of providing Figma Mockups for websites, landing pages and Ready-to-Use templates taking into account the use of a variety of builders such as Divi and Elementor.
  • Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  • Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
  • Participating in meetings with franchisees and clients when evaluating a special design requests
  • Work alongside the web developers to find the best combination of a beautiful design and great functionality for the sites. 
  • Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.


Requirements 


  • A relevant diploma In Graphic Design
  • 1+ year Experience working with UX
  • Advanced knowledge using Web Design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools.
  • 1+ year Experience creating high-fidelity mockups using advanced Figma Concepts (Prototyping, Auto Layout, Wireframing, Components, variants, and complex design systems).
  • Proficiency in graphic design concepts such as Digital Typography, Space, Hierarchy, Contrast, and scale/proportion
  • 1+ year of Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • English proficiency
  • Up-to-date experience with international web protocol standards, latest UI trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Desired

  • Backend Development Experience (not required, but a huge plus)
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript  (not required, but a huge plus).
  • Experience in Marketing (not required, but plus)
  • Experience designing Ecommerce sites using WooCommerce and Shopify
  • Knowledge of Storytelling Concept
