BluNet Solutions, an authorized representative of major telecom carriers in the U.S., is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Brazil.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Provide support with questions, plans, and telecom services.
  • Organize and update customer information in the system.
  • Possible involvement with sales/telemarketing support.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and organization.
  • Stable internet connection and suitable environment for remote work.
Job Details:
  • Remote position (Brazil).
  • Full-time schedule.
  • Training provided by the company.
