About the position

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator dedicated to the Brazil Market and based at the Sao Paulo Office.

Will be in charge of supporting the marketing strategy in contributing to fueling our sales dynamic in this market (generation of leads and monitoring of their impact on the entity's business result.)

Your mission

  • Work closely with the local sales team and report directly to the LATAM Marketing Manager.
  • Support creation and localization of targeted campaigns (Email Marketing)
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the leads generation and proper follow up
  • Identification of events and partnerships in which our team must participate and organize
  • Support in the organization of virtual and physical events (from the beginning to the end)
  • Support creation of Marketing content reinforcing our expert position (Business Cases, Testimonials, infographics, brochures)


You will love this job if you

  • Have between 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing (mainly in events). If you have experience in Edtech or SaaS companies, you will be valued.
  • We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, organized and autonomous person.
  • Have a level of written and spoken English allowing you to interact with our international teams (B2 minimum). The interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Have worked with Salesforce and Wordpress before
  • Knowledge of social media and SEO strategies
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Be very attentive to detail, hands-on, multidisciplinary and enjoy working as part of a team
