Suas Responsabilidades:

  • Growth Hacking & Otimização de Funil: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de growth hacking que impulsionem o crescimento das vendas e a aquisição de clientes. Estruturar e otimizar KPIs e funis de vendas, garantindo que cada etapa do funil esteja alinhada com os objetivos de crescimento da empresa.
  • Inteligência Comercial & BI: Coletar, analisar e interpretar dados para identificar tendências e oportunidades de vendas. Construir e utilizar ferramentas de BI para fornecer insights acionáveis que apoiem as decisões estratégicas.
  • Estratégia de Pricing: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de precificação eficazes, considerando fatores do P&L, concorrência e valor percebido pelo cliente, com o objetivo de maximizar a margem bruta.
  • Estruturação de Projetos / Business Cases: Trabalhar em colaboração com stakeholders (equipes de produto, marketing, supply e vendas) para identificar, desenvolver e implementar projetos cross-areas que otimizem os resultados de vendas e rentabilidade.
  • Insights Estratégicos: Fornecer insights valiosos à equipe de liderança e board, com base em dados e análises, para apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas que impulsionem o crescimento da empresa.


Requisitos:

  • Growth Mindset: Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de growth hacking e funis de vendas. Mentalidade voltada para o crescimento sólido, estruturado e rentável.
  • Forte capacidade analítica: Habilidade comprovada em coletar, analisar e interpretar dados para identificar tendências e oportunidades.
  • Visão Estratégica: Capacidade de pensar de forma estratégica e de longo prazo, alinhando as iniciativas de growth com os objetivos gerais da empresa.
  • Stakeholder Management: Habilidade de comunicar insights e recomendações de forma clara e persuasiva para diferentes públicos.
  • Proatividade e iniciativa: Busca constante por novas oportunidades de crescimento e aprimoramento dos processos.
  • Experiência em precificação: Conhecimento sólido de estratégias e metodologias de precificação, com foco em maximizar a rentabilidade.
  • Desejável experiência em consultoria, growth ou áreas correlatas.
