Adobe Campaign Engineer Location: Remote (with EST hours overlap required) About the Role: Join our dynamic team as the Senior Adobe Campaign Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic (V8) solutions, drive digital marketing excellence and guide a team of 2-3 junior Adobe engineers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize sophisticated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. - Design, develop, and manage complex multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing custom resources, real-time events, advanced workflows, content blocks, fragments, and typology rules. - Ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of customer data to enable precise targeting and segmentation. - Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to streamline campaign execution and maximize e iciency. - Leverage dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. - Mentor and guide a team of junior Adobe engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems using REST API services, ensuring seamless data integration and process automation. - Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support campaign development and troubleshooting. Required Experience & Skills: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on Adobe Campaign Classic (V7/V8). - Deep understanding of Adobe Campaign Classic use cases, best practices, and campaign management intricacies. - Proven ability to design and execute complex marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment. - Strong technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST API integration. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members. - Willingness and ability to work overlapping EST business hours until 11 AM EST. Nice to have: - Adobe Campaign Classic certification. - Experience in the financial services or lending industry. - Familiarity with additional Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
