This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure ServiceNow applications, and ensure optimal performance of the system.How you'll contribute✅ Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.✅ Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI interfaces.✅ Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.✅ Develop and implement ServiceNow integrations with other systems (REST and SOAP integrations).✅ Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.✅ Perform system upgrades and patches in accordance with IT best practices.✅ Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.✅ Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.This would make you the ideal candidate✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.✨ 5+ Years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer.✨ 3+ Years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.✨ 3+ Years of experience working with Angular.✨ Proven professional experience with different ServiceNow modules and architecture.✨ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
