Buscamos um(a)
Desenvolvedor(a) de Sistemas
com experiência em ServiceNow e integração entre plataformas para atuar no desenvolvimento, manutenção e suporte técnico de processos e sistemas corporativos. O profissional será responsável por implementar e atualizar lógicas de negócio, integrar APIs, além de prestar suporte técnico aos usuários e solucionar incidentes de forma ágil e eficaz.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar configurações e atualizações de lógica nos fluxos de processos dentro da plataforma ServiceNow;
  • Desenvolver e manter scripts client-side e server-side, garantindo a performance e estabilidade das aplicações;
  • Executar integrações de APIs entre o ServiceNow e outros sistemas corporativos;
  • Oferecer suporte técnico e gerenciamento de incidentes, atendendo solicitações e demandas de usuários internos;
  • Prestar suporte técnico pontual (ad-hoc) a sistemas externos ao ServiceNow, conforme necessidade do negócio.

Requisitos

  • Experiência com ServiceNow (administração, desenvolvimento ou suporte técnico);
  • Conhecimento em JavaScript e scripting (client e server side);
  • Experiência com integração de APIs REST/SOAP;
  • Habilidade em análise e resolução de problemas técnicos;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de interagir com diferentes áreas de negócio.
  • Inglês avançado (irá atuar com time internacional).

Desejável

  • Experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte;
  • Conhecimento em ITSM, ITOM ou automação de processos;
