Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.Conduct unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve development practices.
