What will you be doing:Providing application support and monitoring using Dynatrace;Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Linux-based environments;Ensuring observability and performance optimization of applications;Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability;Writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution;Establishing best practices for application performance and monitoring;What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, with at least 3 years of Dynatrace experience;Experience with Linux environments;SQL knowledge (other database experience is also considered);Experience in Observability/Monitoring tools (Dynatrace preferred);Java knowledge is a plus;Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken), and Portuguese;Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;Hybrid work model: available to work in Porto or Lisbon;Mandatory availability to relocate (from Brazil to Portugal).
