What will you do? Provide L2/L3 support for cloud-hosted applications and platforms;Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance;Troubleshoot incidents related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and integrations;Support applications developed in Java or another Programming language;Work closely with development, DevOps, and cloud teams;Analyze logs, monitor systems, and perform root cause analysis (RCA);Ensure service availability and meet SLA requirements. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP);Experience supporting applications written in Java or another programming language;Experience with SQL scripting and relational databases;Experience working with ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow;Familiarity with ITIL processes;Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in production environments;Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken), and Portuguese;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;Hybrid work model: available to work in Porto or Lisbon;Mandatory availability to relocate (from Brazil to Portugal).
