The recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates across multiple IT positions.Responsibilities:Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and referralsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviewsCoordinate interviews with hiring managersManage candidate communication and follow-upsMaintain recruitment data and reportsRequirements:2+ years of experience in IT recruitmentStrong understanding of IT roles and technologiesExperience recruiting in the Brazilian marketGood communication skills in English and PortugueseExperience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcingPreferred:Experience hiring for global or remote rolesImmediate availability
