Lead Marketing Person (AI SaaS Product)


Position Overview: As the Marketing Lead for our AI SaaS product, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, crafting and executing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive growth. Your blend of creativity, analytical acumen, and leadership skills will be essential in bolstering our market presence and achieving our business objectives.


What You Do:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the AI SaaS industry, aligning with our business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Identify and target key personas and segments within the AI and SaaS markets.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and educational content that showcases our AI product's value proposition across various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters.

SEM Management:

  • Implement and monitor advanced SEM strategies to enhance online visibility, drive targeted traffic, and generate high-quality leads.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that build brand awareness, engage our tech-savvy community, and position us as a thought leader in the AI SaaS space.

Event and Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and industry events that resonate with our target audience and demonstrate our product's capabilities.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing metrics, prepare detailed reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts and ROI.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Collaboration with Sales and Other Departments:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive branding, seamless customer engagement, and clear communication of product benefits.

Staying Up-to-Date:

  • Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

What You Should Have:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on AI, SaaS, or tech products.

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving success through collaboration and innovation.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Analytical Thinking:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in leveraging analytics to drive decision-making.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with marketing software, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) and familiarity with AI and SaaS-specific tools.

Creative Flair:

  • Ability to think creatively and innovate, developing unique marketing strategies that stand out in a competitive landscape.

Adaptability:

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, market trends, and technological advancements.
