Position Overview:

Shakacode seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Lead to drive our growth. This role is ideal for a candidate based in South America with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of implementing strategies that lead to measurable growth. The ideal candidate will also have moderate marketing expertise, particularly in key digital channels, and will thrive in a fully remote, cross-cultural work environment.


Sales Strategy & Execution:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand Shakacode's client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation through to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with development and design teams to align sales efforts with client expectations.


Marketing Strategy & Execution:


  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, content marketing, SEO, and email channels.
  • Contribute to enhancing Shakacode's brand visibility and generating leads through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies continuously.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with product and design teams to ensure a seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and product offerings.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales within the software development or technology sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Moderate experience in marketing, with hands-on expertise in key channels such as social media, content marketing, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment, with comfort in cross-cultural collaboration.
