Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Sao Paulo

Target Market: Brazil & LATAM market



Responsibilities


  • Create, manage and execute lead generation campaigns to acquire new users, retain existing customers, and brand building through paid ads or other means
  • Measure and track the success of the campaigns and report to HQ
  • Produce event for lead generation or brand building
  • Driving marketing automation and operations
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify marketing channels to reach our target customers, e.g. influencer marketing, community building, etc
  • Ownership of country marketing metrics e.g. Revenue, Qualified Ops, SQLs, MQLs and traffic for the Brazilian website
  • Driving local use cases and localized landing pages
  • Supporting employer branding activities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with country teams and headquarter in driving marketing initiatives



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing for Brazil, if also got USA experience is a plus
  • HubSpot or other similar marketing tool knowledge is a huge plus
  • SaaS marketing or start-up experience is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of the local market, including traditional and digital media landscape
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Native in Portuguese
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • A fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes
  • Strong interest in marketing and SaaS
