Você será responsável por projetar, implementar e manter clusters Kubernetes em ambientes de produção, garantindo alta disponibilidade, resiliência e segurança. Além disso, você automatizará processos de implantação, escalonamento e monitoramento para otimizar o ciclo de vida das aplicações, colaborando com equipes de desenvolvimento para assegurar a integração contínua e entrega contínua (CI/CD). Também desenvolverá e manterá scripts e ferramentas para automatizar tarefas operacionais e solucionará problemas complexos relacionados a implantação de Kubernetes e ambientes de contêineres. Sua função incluirá a configuração e gestão de políticas de segurança e acesso em ambientes Kubernetes, bem como a realização de atualizações de versão para manter a infraestrutura sempre atualizada e segura.
Requisitos:
- Experiência comprovada na implementação e operação de clusters Kubernetes em ambientes de produção.
- Sólida compreensão dos princípios de CI/CD e experiência com ferramentas associadas.
- Experiência em trabalhar com containers Docker e orquestração de contêineres usando Kubernetes.
- Habilidades sólidas de solução de problemas, com capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com capacidade de manter uma comunicação clara e aberta com a equipe e stakeholders.
Formação:
- Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, ou área relacionada (ou experiência equivalente).
- Certificações Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, CKS) são altamente desejáveis.
- Certificações Red Hat (RHCE, RHCOA) são um diferencial.
Diferenciais:
- Experiência com ambientes Kubernetes em infraestrutura on-premises, especialmente em VMware.
- Experiência na implementação de práticas de DevOps e ferramentas de automação como Terraform.
- Experiência com nuvens públicas como AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud Platform.
- Histórico de colaborar com equipes de infraestrutura e desenvolvimento para planejar e implementar melhorias na arquitetura de microsserviços, promovendo escalabilidade e eficiência.
- Capacidade de gerenciar, treinar e motivar a equipe, criando um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de alto desempenho.
- Experiência em tomar decisões estratégicas com base em dados e insights relevantes para beneficiar a organização e os projetos em andamento.
