We work exclusively with luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles, delivering top-quality craftsmanship and a premium client experience.We are expanding our team and looking for a high-performance Appointment Setter to help qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.Role OverviewAs our Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting new leads quickly, qualifying potential customers, gathering essential vehicle information, and scheduling appointments for consultations or services.This role is 100% remote, but requires excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and a solid sales-focused mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesCall new inbound leads immediately upon arrivalQualify prospects interested in PPF, Ceramic Coating, Vinyl Wraps, or other servicesCollect essential vehicle data (Year – Make – Model – Color)Identify client needs, urgency, and purchase intentSchedule appointments and follow-up consultationsUpdate CRM (GoHighLevel) accurately and consistentlyExecute follow-ups with warm leadsMeet weekly performance and conversion targetsRequirementsFluent English (speaking & listening) – mandatoryPrior experience in sales, SDR, appointment setting, or customer qualificationStrong communication skills and confident phone presenceAbility to follow scripts while staying natural and conversationalHigh-speed internet (wired connection preferred)Quiet environment + quality headsetComfortable working during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hoursHighly organized, disciplined, and performance-drivenPreferred QualificationsExperience with U.S. clientsExperience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel)Experience in automotive, luxury services, or B2C salesProven track record of hitting or exceeding targetsCompensationCompetitive fixed monthly salary (Brazil-based)R$3000 - R$5000Performance bonuses + commission per qualified appointmentCareer growth opportunities within a fast-growing companyFull remote work with ongoing training and supportHow to ApplyInterested candidates must submit:Resume (English preferred)A 30–60 second voice recording in English introducing themselves: Example - “Hi, my name is ____.
