While CI specializes in the financial sector, we also collaborate with payment brands, fintechs, processing systems, and technology companies across LATAM.🔍 We’re Looking For Associate Managing Consultant Performance Analytics with strong experience acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience in financial services or banking environments.🚫 Please note: Candidates without recent or relevant experience in financial services, banking platforms, or regulated environments will not be considered.🧑 💼 Profile Requirements:🎓 Education: Degree’s with experience in data and analytics focused on Business Intelligence or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analysis. An MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.✅ Experience: Solid track record in management consulting and data analysis for the financial or payments sector.🧩 Knowledge: Metrics, benchmarking, and development of predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques..🛠️ Software & Tools:Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or SAS.Advanced level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI..🤝 Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.🚀 Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.➕ Bonus points: Experience with the Hadoop framework (Impala, Hive, or PySpark)..🌎 Languages (mandatory)Advanced English (ability to communicate effectively in meetings and for deliverables)..🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesManage the development of deliverables and workflows across various projects and industries.Contribute to analytics strategies for global and regional clients, leveraging data to drive business value.Act as a trusted partner in managing relationships with client managers.Review final analytics products to ensure accuracy, quality, and punctuality..Plan and structure your own work as well as that of junior consultants, providing mentorship and leading external meetings.📄 Contract & Work Model⏳ Duration: 6-month temporary contract (with potential for extension)..💼 Contract Type: PJ (Honorários - CNPJ).🏢 Work Model: Híbrido em São Paulo (conforme diretrizes da squad).✨ Ready to take on your next challenge?Apply now or reach out for more details
