Location: Fully Remote

We are looking for a passionate IT recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about leveraging new technologies to find the best talent.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for IT positions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to reach passive and active candidates.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Not introverted; able to engage and build relationships with candidates and team members effectively.
