Mission

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding front-end development practices across our teams. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for our web-based applications. Your mission involves leading front-end development initiatives, ensuring best practices are followed, and mentoring other developers to enhance their skills and contribute effectively.

You will report directly to the Software Development Manager and will be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet our clients' needs in the payment industry.


ACTIVITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance front-end web applications.
  • Lead front-end development projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into interactive and functional interfaces.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Optimize front-end code for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our user interfaces.
  • Work effectively within a team environment using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in production to ensure minimal disruption for our clients.


JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools (e.g., Lighthouse, WebPageTest).
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies and APIs to ensure seamless integration with front-end solutions.
  • Advanced level of English.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Completed degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, component-based architecture, and best practices for scalable front-end applications.
  • Proficient in code versioning tools (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., npm, Yarn), and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks for front-end applications (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
