Talent SpecialistLocation: São Paulo, BrazilAbout the RoleAs a Talent Specialist, you will be the single point of contact for full-cycle recruitment in Brazil within a strategic RPO model. You will partner with hiring managers at a major pharmaceutical company to recruit for mission-critical talent, from junior to director levels. This role is a vital bridge between hiring coordinators and senior recruiters, ensuring both candidate excellence and significant recruitment impact.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment for highly specialized and complex roles within the pharmaceutical industry.Ownership of hiring for niche roles, including Clinical Research Associates, Medical Science Liaisons, and specialized leadership.Proactive collaboration with global managers for international-reporting positions, requiring strong communication for intake meetings and alignments.Enhance the candidate experience, managing all aspects of engagement, from logistics to proactive communication.Serve as the primary recruiter across Brazil, ensuring sourcing and hiring strategies are culturally and commercially relevant.Act as a consultative partner for the client, providing a professional and impactful recruitment experience.Required Qualifications5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.Proven ability to recruit across a wide seniority range, from junior to director-level roles.Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.Background as a talent acquisition professional for a pharmaceutical company is highly preferred.Experience in RPO or multi-client hiring environments is advantageous.Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with proven adaptability to fast-paced hiring demands.Why You'll SucceedStrategic Client Partnership: Lead a white-glove professional experience for a senior office in Brazil.High-Impact, Niche Recruiting: Own full-cycle execution and recruit for complex, niche roles that are critical to a major pharmaceutical company's success.Professional Growth & Global Exposure: Expand your skills and network by operating within a strategic, multi-market RPO model with exposure across multiple countries.Established Account: Join a long-standing account that offers a stable, high-growth environment with significant investment.Clear Performance Environment: Work within a high-performance team that has clear KPIs and SLAs, allowing you to see the direct impact of your work through quick shortlist delivery and efficient time to fill.Salary is in Brazilian Reais
