Sobre a Função:

Como
Especialista em Talentos
(Híbrido), você impulsionará o recrutamento de ciclo completo em toda a América Latina dentro do nosso modelo RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). Você fará parceria com gerentes de contratação para recrutar talentos de missão crítica (de níveis júnior a diretor) em diversos setores – incluindo corporativo, comercial e manufatura no Brasil, México, Argentina, Colômbia e Chile. Esta função serve como uma ponte crítica entre coordenadores de contratação e recrutadores seniores, proporcionando excelência ao candidato e impacto no recrutamento.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar o
    recrutamento de ponta a ponta
    : sourcing, entrevistas, gerenciamento de ofertas e coordenação de integração.
  • Assumir a contratação para diversas áreas, como
    finanças, jurídica, comercial (ex: Desenvolvimento de Negócios), manufatura/operações
    e funções de liderança especializada.
  • Melhorar a
    experiência do candidato
    , incluindo hospitalidade para entrevistas presenciais, coordenação logística e comunicação proativa.
  • Atuar como o principal recrutador em toda a LATAM com foco no
    México e Brasil
    , garantindo relevância cultural e de mercado nas estratégias de sourcing e contratação.
  • Manter alinhamento próximo com as equipes de contratação e partes interessadas do RPO para atender às expectativas de contratação de forma rápida e eficaz.

Qualificações Necessárias:

  • 3,5+ anos de experiência em recrutamento de ciclo completo
    , idealmente na América Latina ou no setor corporativo.
  • Comprovada capacidade de recrutar em uma ampla gama de senioridade – de funções de
    nível júnior/operacional a diretor
    .
  • Fluência em português e inglês
    é obrigatória; proficiência em espanhol é benéfica.
  • Experiência em
    RPO ou ambientes de contratação multi-cliente
    é vantajosa.
  • Fortes habilidades
    organizacionais, de gerenciamento de partes interessadas e de comunicação
    , além de adaptabilidade às demandas de contratação em ritmo acelerado.

About the Role:

As a
Talent Specialist
, (Hybrid), you will drive full-cycle recruitment across Latin America within our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model. You will partner with hiring managers to recruit mission-critical talent (from junior to director levels) across industries—including corporate, commercial, and manufacturing across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. This role serves as a critical bridge between hiring coordinators and senior recruiters, delivering candidate excellence and recruitment impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    : sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Own hiring for diverse areas, such as
    finance, legal, commercial (e.g., Business Development), manufacturing/operations
    , and specialized leadership roles.
  • Enhance
    candidate experience
    , including hospitality for onsite interviews, logistics coordination, and proactive communication.
  • Serve as the primary recruiter across LATAM with focus on
    Mexico and Brazil
    , ensuring cultural and market relevance in sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain close alignment with hiring teams and RPO stakeholders to meet hiring expectations quickly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3.5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
    , ideally within Latin America or the corporate sector.
  • Proven ability to recruit across a wide seniority range—from
    junior/operational to director-level
    roles.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
    is required; Spanish proficiency is beneficial.
  • Experience in
    RPO or multi-client hiring environments
    is advantageous.
  • Strong
    organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills
    , plus adaptability to fast-paced hiring demands.

Preferred If You Have:

  • Strong familiarity with hiring in the
    Americas (LATAM region)
    and adaptability to local market norms.
  • Prior exposure to hiring roles in highly regulated industries, such as
    lifecycle safety, manufacturing, or technical services
    .
