Visão Geral:A equipe de Arquitetura Empresarial (Enterprise Architecture – EA) está buscando dois profissionais com forte perfil técnico para apoiar uma iniciativa estratégica utilizando o ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Workspace (anteriormente conhecido como APM). O objetivo é aprimorar a gestão do portfólio de aplicações e tecnologias do IMF/ITD, alinhando-se ao CSDM, e referenciando os módulos de Software Asset Management (SAM) e Discovery para enriquecer metadados, gerenciar débito técnico e fornecer insights e roadmaps acionáveis.*Principais Responsabilidades:Trabalhando em conjunto com os Arquitetos Empresariais líderes:Configurar e otimizar o ServiceNow APM para gerenciar portfólios de aplicações e tecnologias.Alinhar o APM com o CSDM e configurar o mapeamento de serviços e o gerenciamento de serviços de aplicação.Utilizar e alinhar os dados dos módulos SAM e Discovery para enriquecer metadados das aplicações e construir mapas de serviço.Viabilizar insights sobre débito técnico e apoiar a criação de roadmaps para tomadores de decisão.Apoiar a atualização mais recente do ServiceNow e garantir compatibilidade entre os módulos.*Qualificações Necessárias:Mais de 8 anos de experiência geral em TI.De 4 a 5 anos de experiência prática com ServiceNow APM.Experiência comprovada com os módulos SAM e Discovery do ServiceNow.Forte conhecimento em configuração de Serviços de Aplicação e Mapas de Serviço alinhados aos dados do SAM e Discovery.Experiência com a versão mais recente do ServiceNow.Fluência em inglês, com excelentes habilidades de comunicação e documentação.*Qualificações Desejáveis:Certificação em ServiceNow APM.Experiência na gestão de débito técnico, geração de insights de arquitetura e relatórios.Familiaridade com ambientes IMF/ITD ou portfólios corporativos semelhantes.
