LATAM Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible to plan and execute the media plan, budget definition and billing process to help the brand achieve growth and LG.COM KPI targets.


Responsibilities

  • Contact point for all LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina) digital media topics and ensure brand consistency and premium image across all communication channels and in all countries;
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily basis;
  • Global monitoring of traffic KPIs, ROAS, acquisition performance and budget allocation and support on e-retail Ads strategy;
  • Support Marketing team on budget control and ON-OFF vision;
  • Measure short, medium and long-term impacts of campaigns on KPIs and sales;
  • Work closely with the D2C, Brand Strategy and Category Marketing teams in HQ to be aligned on topics related to traffic acquisition and Media Performance;
  • Mastery of media buying platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Linkedin, Twitter).
  • C-level report of Media Performance, KPIs achievements, Results insights and Action Plan;
  • Dashboard views buildup based on Media Performance Data;
  • Implementation & Validation of Pixel Tagging, UTM, Events, and Taxonomy to set up media campaign.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BA or equivalent
  • Advanced Office Suite;
  • Google Analytics;
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo;
  • Google Tag Manager;
  • Knowledge of SEO;
  • Dashboard analysis (Power BI & Looker)

  • Mandatory advanced English skills. Spanish will be considered a plus.
