You bring to Applaudo the following competencie

  • s:Bachelor's degree in interaction design, interface design, human-computer interaction, service design, or graphic design with emphasis on UX or equivalent certificatio
  • n.5+ years as UX Designer With Demonstrable experience of design-related problem-solving capabilities and leadership skill
  • s.Advanced knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Prototype Tools, and Adobe Creative Suite (Desirable
  • ).Proven soft skills, such as presenting ideas, proactive communication, active listening, et
  • c.Proficient handling of Testing tools as Lyssna, Maze, among other
  • s.Effective written and verbal communication skill
  • s.English level of C1 is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based client
  • s.A proven strategic mindset that prioritizes data-driven decision-making and problem-solving within a design contex

You will be accountable for the following responsibiliti

  • es:Design user flows, wireframes and high fidelity mockups and build out refined detai
  • ls.Understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into thoughtful design decisions founded on data, trends, and industry best practic
  • es.Analyze research insights and successfully turn them into product ideas and solutio
  • ns.Participate in user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability studi
  • es.Prototype concepts for communication with stakeholders, to aid in demos and developme
  • nt.Develop quality user interfaces by creating viable solution options, identifying pros/cons of each, and making recommendations to stakeholde
  • rs.Present, articulate, and sell design ideas and recommendations to stakeholders and te
  • am.Work in partnership with the engineering team to implement UI patterns and ensure visual consistency across produc
  • ts.Work with the engineering and QA team, to ensure the visual quality of what we relea
