Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time 3D Motion Graphics Artist with a strong focus on being a 3D generalist. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, Octane, lighting, texturing, modeling, and animation. A strong design background and the ability to manage the project pipeline from start to finish—from look development to animation to composite and finishing—are essential. Experience with traditional 2D motion graphics is a plus. The candidate will work collaboratively with the creative team to bring concepts to life, with a specific emphasis on creating photorealistic 3D work. A good sense of humor and a great personality are essential.
Company Overview:
Our client is a creative studio that specializes in blending art, design, and technology to create innovative visual experiences for ambitious brands, agencies, and in-house teams. With a straightforward, honest, and practical approach to advertising and storytelling, they bridge the gap between brand definition and execution, delivering exceptional creative content.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and create high-quality, photorealistic 3D motion graphics.
- Manage the project pipeline from initial look development through to animation, compositing, and finishing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure all work meets the company's high standards for quality and creativity.
- Consistently meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative working environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Cinema 4D and Octane, with a focus on photorealistic 3D work. Here is an example.
- Proficiency in rigging and 3D modeling.
- Experience in 2D motion graphics using After Effects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Language Requirement:
- C1 Level of English proficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Houdini or Unreal Engine.
- Experience working with high-profile clients.
- Traditional 2D motion graphics experience.
- Strong design skills are a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary in the range of 1500–3000USD per month, dependent on experience.
- Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
- 10 days of PTO a year, company holidays off, paid sick leave.
- Health insurance can be added once an agent has been selected.
- All licenses for software tools will be provided.
