We are recruiting profiles through this announcement to participate in our Operations Talent Program (OTP), designed for new graduates to accelerate their careers within EssilorLuxottica’s Global Operations. Starting in November 2024, this two-year program offers an in-depth exploration of operations, industry topics, and the industrial environment where technology, innovation, and passion thrive. After completing the program in your hiring country, you may have the opportunity for an international assignment.
Must Have requirements:
- Degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, acquired in the last year or graduation within 2024.
- Maximum 1 years of working experience after obtaining a Degree
- Fluency in English: other languages are considered a plus
- Availability to start the program in one of the Operations hubs from November 2024
How does the selection process work?
To apply, complete the online application as soon as possible. You may choose between São Paulo, Campinas, Sumaré or Manaus based on your preference. Please note that your specific starting location will also depend on your fit with different roles. If your profile meets the eligibility criteria, you'll be invited to complete an online individual assessment that evaluates various elements of your personality, cognitive abilities, and command of English (if not native).
Successful applicants will proceed to an online interview with our Talent Acquisition experts. Advancing further, you'll participate in an online group assessment, working on a real business case. Top performers will then meet our business leaders, first virtually and then on-site, for a challenging final round. The application will close by the 30st of September.
