Buscamos uma pessoa capaz de compreender a realidade e desafios da segurança da informação com um foco majoritário em Cyber Segurança, operando da estratégia ao operacional tecnologicamente.

Atuando como responsável pela Diretoria de Cyber Segurança.


PRINCIPAIS REQUISITOS E DESAFIOS

•Gestão de segurança da informação com foco em monitoramento, detecção, remediação e todo escopo de cyber segurança;

•Forte atuação ‘in-house’, pouco uso de mão de obra terceirizada demandando execução e criação própria e pelo time;

•Ambiente altamente vivido, suportando operações de alto volume de dados e diversificados;

•Atuação focado em excelência e execução mais do que somente direcionamento e discurso, mas sim construindo e executando;

•Construir e melhorar processos, ferramentas e amadurecimento de time com base no que lhe oferecido;

•Gestão de Time, tempo e garantia de entrega através da gestão direta e delegação das tarefas;

•Aplicar velocidade e qualidade aos clientes/parceiros através de gestão de KPIs como facilitadores;

•Postura e mentalidade de antecipação, tanto quanto a necessidades como problemas ao ser aplicado no dia-dia;

•Equilíbrio suportando a operação do dia-dia juntamente com melhorias e correções sem a percepção dos usuários;


EXPERIÊNCIA E COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS ESSENCIAIS

•Experiencia e formação focada em tecnologia para segurança da informação;

•Vivencia em empresas de alto volume de parque tecnológico +40k pessoas;

•Forte vivencia com auditorias externas e internas e especialista em certificações ISO e prestação de serviços;

•Bagagem construindo e montando barreiras e rotinas de segurança com as próprias mãos assim como através do time;

•Tino técnica de executor para direcionar taticamente e estrategicamente times de ataque e defesa, melhores práticas, entre outros;

•Vivencia construindo processos, métodos, políticas de segurança e arquitetura;

•Proficiência no desenho e implementação de programas estratégicos de segurança da informação suportando requisitos de auditorias;

•Capacidade de consumir e definir padrões e tecnologias de integração;

•Formação completa em ensino superior na área de Tecnologia da informação ou áreas relacionadas;

•Conhecimento em Cloud Security e DevSecOps Automation, Security Operations and Analysis (SOC) [Diferencial];

•Certificações como OSCP, CEH, Pentest+, CISP; CISM e Vivência em multisetores [Diferencial];


•Postura e argumentação para saber provocar o novo e propor novas ideias entendendo os ambientes (Traquejo diplomático);

•Pensamento divergente, buscando o fora do óbvio e aplicá-lo com visão de viabilidade financeira e operacional (Visão Holística);

•Postura relacional e diplomática, navegando de camada operacional a alto nível quanto a soluções e argumentações (Comunicação);

•Responde às mudanças com uma atitude positiva, sendo um solucionador de problemas em tarefas complexas; (Adaptabilidade)
