Job Title: Maximo ConsultantDuration: 10 Months, could be extended to a yearLocation: Brazil – Remote/Onsite as requiredOverview:We are seeking a bilingual Maximo Consultant based in Brazil to support the rollout of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9). This is a fixed-term opportunity for professionals with strong experience in Maximo implementations, excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.Key Responsibilities:• Engage with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements• Translate business needs into clear system specifications and documentation• Coordinate with local and global teams to ensure smooth project execution• Develop and execute test cases for functional and integration testing• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution• Assist in planning and validating data migration activities• Provide end-user training and post-rollout support• Maintain comprehensive documentation in both Portuguese and EnglishRole Expectations:• Act as a liaison between Brazilian teams and global stakeholders• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle• Support go-live activities, including weekend availability when required• Work independently and manage multiple priorities• Collaborate with developers, testers, and data migration teamsQualifications:• 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo (preferably MAS 8 or 9)• Strong understanding of Maximo modules: Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory• Experience with MAS in hybrid cloud or containerized environments is a plus• Fluent in Portuguese and professionally proficient in English• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and ConfluencePreferred Skills:• Knowledge of IBM MAS architecture and Red Hat OpenShift• Experience in international rollout projects• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
