A Faccia Armonica Barra da Tijuca, clínica referência em estética avançada, está contratando uma Assistente Pessoal para atuar diretamente com a proprietária do grupo, auxiliando na organização da rotina profissional e pessoal.

Buscamos uma pessoa altamente organizada, discreta, proativa e com excelente comunicação, que goste de cuidar de detalhes e ajudar a manter a rotina fluindo com leveza e eficiência.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar a agenda pessoal e profissional da proprietária do grupo.
  • Organizar compromissos, reuniões, eventos e viagens.
  • Apoiar na gestão de tarefas do dia a dia, tanto da clínica quanto pessoais.
  • Acompanhar prazos, lembretes e rotinas administrativas.
  • Filtrar e responder e-mails, mensagens e contatos diversos.
  • Atuar como ponte entre a liderança e os demais setores da empresa, garantindo fluidez na comunicação.
  • Apoiar em demandas pontuais de confiança relacionadas à vida pessoal.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia como assistente pessoal ou função similar.
  • Organização, discrição, proatividade e agilidade.
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Domínio do pacote Office e ferramentas de organização (como Google Agenda, Trello, Notion etc.).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial na Barra da Tijuca – RJ.

  • Perfil multitarefa e resiliente.
  • Experiência no setor de estética, saúde ou bem-estar.
  • Afinidade com rotinas de liderança feminina e empreendedorismo.
