As principais responsabilidades e qualificações incluem:

  • Capacidade de diagnosticar com precisão as necessidades de negócios de parceiros conhecidos e desconhecidos e traduzir as necessidades em oportunidades e oferta adequada de produtos
  • Boas habilidades de vendas e com a capacidade de traduzir benefícios para a linguagem de negócios para agregar valor
  • Capacidade de se comunicar efetivamente e formar fortes relações comerciais pessoalmente e remotamente; incluindo habilidades fundamentais de apresentação e a capacidade demonstrada de articular ideias de forma clara e apropriada
  • Capacidade de identificar potencias clientes e que tenham a oportunidade de crescimento a longo prazo
  • Proficiência em Microsoft Word, Excel e PowerPoint
  • Habilidades de CRM, preferencialmente Salesforce
  • Capacidade de trabalhar e prosperar em um ambiente multitarefa e de ritmo acelerado
  • Ter espírito de equipe, estar disposto a compartilhar ideias, ter atitude positiva e ser flexível quando necessário

Experiência Exigida:

Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em vendas, idealmente relacionado com a indústria de viagens.
